Membership Package Information:

Join our medical practice family and get unlimited visits for one set price.  Privileges include laceration repairs, yearly EKG, trigger point injections, steroid joint injections, removal of moles or lesions (pathology cost not included), and after-hours access to MD by phone, email, or text.  Home visits are also available at small additional cost to these members.
